This vehicle also got a five on rollover resistance, something every driver fears when their vehicle hits the streets.
The 2009 Audi Q5 is another Audi vehicle that has received quality ratings in the safety category. This vehicle is equipped with the same features that the Audi S4 has and has a tire pressure monitor and daytime running lights, as well. It also has an adjustable upper front belt and a rear seat head restraint. SAB crash rating performed on the vehicle has yielded high marks, making drivers feel even safer when they hit the road. Frontal impact tests on both the driver's and passenger side of the vehicle received a five out of five rating. Side impact tests carried out on front and rear occupancy also get a five out of five rating. Rollover resistance ratings are not available at this time on this vehicle, but will be soon. Based on previous test scores, customers can expect rollover resistance ratings to receive decent marks when the numbers finally come out.
The 2010 Audi Q5 is an SUV style body vehicle with similar safety features to the Audi S4 and 2009 Audi Q5. Americans love SUVs and Audi style SUVs have become a big hit among the American public. Crash test ratings for the 2010 Audi Q5 also receive high marks. Once again frontal impact crash tests done on both the driver and passenger side of the vehicle received a five out of five rating. Side impact tests on the front and rear occupants also get a five star rating. Rollover resistance ratings have yet to be performed on this vehicle, but those numbers should be available soon to the public.
